Movement has always been my language. After spending over two decades as a professional dancer, transitioning into Pilates felt like a natural extension of my passion for the body, form, and flow.
As a certified instructor in both Reformer and Mat Pilates, I’ve developed my own method grounded in STOTT Pilates principles, with a strong focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement. I love helping clients tap into their strength, perfect their form, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of.
Guiding others through that journey — whether it’s mastering a new move or simply feeling better in their own skin — is what drives me every day.
